How to fix Google Chrome not supported on Windows XP and Vista?

We'll modify Goggle Chrome shortcut's properties and will add a parameter in its target field to completely turn off the infobar feature which will also disable this end of support for XP and Vista pop-up. But keep in mind, this trick will also disable other infobar messages as a side effect.
